Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb with tonic and adaptogenic properties that holds an important place in the practice of ancient Indian medicine. Among its plant elements, the most studied are whithenolides, which show antimicrobial, antifungal, strong anti-inflammatory, as well as hepatoprotective action against chemically toxic elements. Ashwagandha can also help positively in treating and controlling stress, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, improving sexual performance, increasing hemoglobin levels and reducing hair graying.

Titrated Ashwagandha root extract (1.5% [4.5mg] withanolides) powder 300mg.
Raw Ashwagandha root powder 100mg.
