Glucosamine MSM Complex (Shellfish-free)
Effective combination of glucosamine hydrochloride, MSM, vitamin C, manganese, ginger and white willow.
Provides important substances for building healthy cartilage, as well as anti-inflammatory and analgesic action. Useful in cases of osteoarthritis. Ideal formula for strict vegetarians or people with shellfish allergies.
Suitable for vegans.

How to use: Take 1-2 tablets daily, preferably with meals.

CAUTION: Long-term intake of this amount of manganese (in 3 tablets) can lead to muscle pain and fatigue. The use of the product by diabetics should be done only under the supervision of the treating physician.

- Glucosamine hydrochloride (provides 475mg glucosamine) 500mg.
MSMM (as methylsufonylmethane) 333.3mg.
- Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 33.3mg.
- Ginger root extract 4: 1 (Zingiber officinale) (equivalent to 144mg ginger root) 36mg.
- White willow extract 5: 1 (salix alba) [bark] (equivalent to 166.67mg White Willow powder) 33.3mg.
Manganese (as a chelating amino acid) 1.67mg.
