Choline (as ditartrate) 100mg.
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 125mg.
Calcium (as carbonate, diglycine) 32mg.
Vitamin E (75IU, as d-alpha tocopherol succinate) 50mg.
Magnesium (as bisglycine, oxide) 16mg.
Zinc (as diglycine) 7.5mg.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 20mg. [Total content 12.5mg - tablet interior (ingredient) 7.5mg, 1.5mg tablet coating].
Beta carotene of natural origin (as prep.) (Provides 4μg other carotenoids) 1.5mg.
Copper (as disglycinate) 1500μg.
