SOLGAR® Vitamin B complex with C provides a complex of B vitamins, which have a positive contribution to various systems and processes of the body, in combination with vitamin C which provides multiple benefits.
More specifically, the vitamins B12 and B6 that it contains contribute to the smooth metabolism of energy from food and the absorption of ingredients. In addition, they play an important role in hematopoiesis and the proper functioning of the nervous and psychological system. Riboflavin B2 contributes to iron metabolism and acts as an antioxidant against stress. Folic acid plays an important role in the metabolism of homocysteine and at the same time helps to stimulate the immune system, as well as vitamin C. Also, vitamin C helps in the normal synthesis of collagen, in the recycling of vitamin E and in the absorption of iron.
