Instructions for use
Adults and children 12 years and older:
Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Brush daily, twice a day and no more than three times, minimizing swallowing and rinsing. For quick relief, first brush your sensitive teeth or apply a pea-sized amount of cream to the clean tip of your finger and gently rub the base of each sensitive tooth (no more than twice a day) for 1 minute before brushing.
Children under 12 years:
Do not use by children under 12 years of age unless advised by your dentist or doctor.
