Instructions for use
Children 1-3 years 1 teaspoon (5ml)
Children over 3 years 2 teaspoons (10ml)
Adults and the elderly Take 1 tablespoon (15ml)
It is preferably taken after a meal as a dietary supplement or according to your doctor's instructions.
Consult your doctor if you are on anticoagulant therapy.
