Instructions for use
The usual frequency of use is 2 to 4 times a day per nostril.
Wash your hands thoroughly before opening the vial.
Blow your nose, if necessary.
Separate a vial and remove the cap.
Tilt your head back and place the tip of the vial directly into your nostril.
Gently squeeze the vial to make a few drops, and louder if more thorough cleaning is required. Repeat in the other nostril.
Wait a few seconds and then blow your nose, if necessary.
If you want to use the rest of the solution later, close the vial by pressing the cap on the neck of the vial. However, the contents of the vial should be used within 12 hours of initial opening.
For reasons of hygiene and to avoid contamination, the vial should only be used by one person.
