Place the right amount of toothpaste in the toothbrush. We activate the switch only when we have placed it in our mouth. Place the head of the toothbrush horizontally and move it slowly along the gums. We stay for a few seconds on each tooth. Slowly move the head from tooth to tooth along the inner surfaces. We insist on the lower front teeth that usually form an additional plaque. Slowly clean the chewing surfaces, insisting for a few seconds on each tooth. Gently place the fibers, as the toothbrush takes care of everything else.
