INDICATIONS AND RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

The nose is the first line of defense against external attacks. It constantly secretes mucus in order to provide protection. When it comes in contact with cold viruses, the nasal mucosa produces excess secretions that carry antibodies to neutralize the invaders: the result is a runny nose. If the viruses trapped in the mucus are not removed, the mucous membranes become inflamed and swollen, thus blocking air intake: the result is nasal congestion (stuffy nose). How to use Physiomer

Before use: blow your nose and check that the spray works properly. Bend the child's head forward over the sink and tilt his head to one side. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children.

1 - Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Allow the solution to act for a few seconds.

2 - Repeat with the other nostril.

3 - Blow your nose gently.

Wash the nozzle with warm water after each use and dry well. If nasal symptoms persist for more than 10 days, consult a health professional.

TIP: Make sure your child's head does not tilt back, as this reduces the effectiveness of nasal cleansing.
