PROCEDURE OF PREPARING MEALS

Wash your hands and all utensils (bottle, nipple, cap) thoroughly with soap and water.

Boil the clean bottle, cap and nipple for 5 minutes.

Boil clean water for 5 minutes and let it cool (40ºC)

Pour half of the required amount of lukewarm water into the boiled flask.

Add all the required amount of milk powder, close the bottle and shake well.

Add the remaining amount of lukewarm water, close the bottle and shake well until the milk powder is completely dissolved.

Check the temperature of the milk on your wrist (body temperature) and feed your baby.

Give the milk no later than one hour after preparing it.

1 scoop = 4.5g of milk powder

100ml of ready milk = 90ml of water and 3 scoops of milk powder.
