RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Instructions: Mix 1 ½ tbsp. (4.2 g) in fruit juice or any sweet drink, 3 to 4 times daily, before and after exercise for the first 7 days. Then, for conservative use, take 1 to 3 doses daily every 3 to 4 hours. For continuous use for more than 28 days, take 1 dose (1 kg) daily.
