Each chewable, hypoallergenic tablet contains 500 mg of vitamin C from concentrated acerola extract, 100 mg of lemon bioflavonoids, 25 mg of concentrated black currant, 25 mg of green pepper extract, 5 mg of routine.

The fruit of the acerola (Malphighia glabra) is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C. The natives of South America have traditionally used the acerola to treat colds. Rose hips are another rich source of vitamin C.
