USE AND STORAGE It is taken as a dietary supplement for adults, 30g (2 scoop) daily dissolved in 300ml water or milk, together with the meal, as a healthy snack or immediately after exercise. Do not exceed the instructions for use.
To maintain the freshness and strength of the product should be stored in a cool and dry place, at room temperature 15-25 οC, away from light and moisture.
