USE AND STORAGE
It is taken as a dietary supplement for adults 1 scoop (10g) up to 2 times a day dissolved in 300ml water. Mix well, using a shaker or blender. Consume the drink either immediately after exercise (1 scoop) or during and immediately after exercise (2 scoops). Do not exceed the instructions for use.
