In 1996 the Menarini International group acquires 100% of the Share Capital of Damberg SA, renaming its subsidiary in Greece to Menarini Hellas SA
From 1989 until today the company has released in the Pharmaceutical Market many original pharmaceutical preparations mainly in the category of the Cardiovascular System but also in other important therapeutic categories. The successful course of the company in the last 20 years has established Menarini Hellas as a new and dynamic company in the field of the Pharmaceutical Market, which is already among the 15 largest Pharmaceutical companies in Greece. Today Menarini Hellas has 178 employees, 80% men and 20% women, with an average age of 35 years.
