Instructions for use:
Dosage: Stir 30 g (1scoop) in 200ml of cold water or skim milk (for better dissolution of the powder use a blender).

Mixing with skim milk (1 glass) adds an additional protein intake of 8 g and a caloric intake of about 85 calories.
