Lamberts Eyewise ® Omega 3 is a nutritional supplement that contains a unique combination of micronutrients.
More specifically per capsule contains:
• 356mg Ω3 Fatty acids 5-fold molecular distillation to ensure maximum purity, of which 56mg EPA & 250mg DHA.
DHA contributes * to the maintenance of normal vision (* European Regulation 432/2012)
• High amount of the two most important carotenoids: Lutein and Zeaxanthin.
Lutein and zeaxanthin belong to the carotenoids and are found in abundance in fruits and green vegetables. They are not made by the body, so they must be taken through food or supplements. The lutein contained in this dietary supplement is "free form" vegetable lutein (free form lutein). By "free form" we mean that the lutein contained in Eyewise ® Omega 3 is of the same form as that found in green vegetables. This form is characterized by high absorption and bioavailability.
• 5μg Vitamin D which contributes * to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Assimilation time: Less than 30 minutes.
Dosage: The recommended dose for this preparation is one capsule half an hour after a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. It is recommended that the capsule be swallowed whole with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
