Vitamin B-50 Complex

PRECAUTIONS & SIDE EFFECTS:

Precautions: Taking the B vitamin complex may cause yellow discoloration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates the elimination of excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin) from the body. This product should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 (100mg / day) can lead to numbness in the extremities (which subsides upon discontinuation of the vitamin).
