Lamberts Acidophilus Extra 4 is a formula without the addition of milk, which contains 4 billion friendly bacteria per capsule (at the time of preparation). While Acidophilus is stable at room temperature, to ensure maximum activity, store it in the refrigerator.

Dosage:
2 capsules a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, with 1 glass of water, or with food.
