Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium citrates, magnesium marine, magnesium oxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, dye E171, medium chain triglycerides, magnesium alta, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Use
1 tablet a day, to stimulate your body with the magnesium it needs. Each tablet contains 300mg magnesium (magnesium oxide) and 2mg Vit.B6.
