Each soft capsule contains 1000mg of concentrated fish oil and delivers 800mg of total Omega-3 fatty acids, of which 420mg EPA and 320mg DHA to the body. High purity fish oil which is extracted by the method of molecular distillation to minimize the presence of harmful substances that contaminate the oil, such as heavy metals and dioxins.
