Properties
Ducray Dexyane MeD Cream is a revolutionary action that cures, repairs and reduces the appearance of flares. This cream has 3 uses: - Applying it alone in the areas of eczema lesions, - In addition, in the maintenance of treatments with dermocorticosteroids to accelerate their effectiveness.

Instructions for use
Apply 1-2 times a day directly to the inflammatory lesions of eczema. It is used alone or in combination with topical corticosteroids in children over 3 months. Do not use it on mucous membranes or in the genital area of children wearing diapers. Do not use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Proven effectiveness
IN COMBINATION: WITH DERMOCORTICOSTEROIDS: Faster efficacy from the 3rd day (1a). DEEPING EFFECT IN DEEP: -73% of the pain from the 8th day (2) in chronic eczema of the hands. -IN MAINTENANCE: -83% of relapses on the 15th day (1b). (1 case of relapse in the dexyane MeD group compared to the control group). (1) Intra-individual randomized controlled trial to evaluate efficacy and tolerability of RV4421ABS0042 in combination with moderately potent topical corticosteroids in adults with atopic dermatitis. (a) - Methodology: Comparative Clinical study in 54 adults aged 18 to 63 years with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis of the hands or knees, 2 applications per day in combination with a topical dermocorticosteroid compared to only dermocorticosteroid for 10 days postoperatively from 3 days after application. Main criterion: Reduction of L-SCORAD (Clinical severity scale from 0 to 18) H3, including various signs such as pruritus.
