Use in Aromatherapy:
- Cough and runny nose: add 2 drops of thyme essential oil to ½ liter of boiling water and inhale until the vapors stop.
- Spiritual stimulation: add 6 drops of thyme essential oil to the ceramic device for essential oils.
- Oiliness, hair loss, dandruff: add 25 drops of thyme essential oil to 100 ml of laurel oil and massage into the scalp.
- As a mouthwash for sensitive gums: add 1 drop of thyme essential oil to 1 glass of water.
