Use in aromatherapy:
- Nervousness, irritability and overexertion: Add 6 drops of marjoram essential oil to the ceramic essential oil dispenser.
- Relieve insomnia and periods of intense stress: Add 6 drops to the bathtub before bed.
- For muscle or rheumatic pains: Add 5 drops in 10ml of calendula oil and apply on the problem area.
- If you have cramps and bloating during the period: Add 5 drops of manduran in 10ml of almond oil and massage the abdominal area.
- After intense physical exercise: Add 35 drops to 100ml of almond oil, or alternatively 20 drops along with 15 drops of eucalyptus. Massage your body or aching muscles.
Instructions for Safe Use:
- Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
- Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
- Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
- Have an allergic reaction test.
- After using citrus essential oils avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours
- For use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
- Use with caution in children under 12 years. Some oils are unsuitable for babies and children
