Use in aromatherapy:
- To stay focused and have better memory and increased productivity at work: Add 6 drops of lemon essential oil to the ceramic essential oil dispenser or alternatively 4 drops along with 2 drops of basil and two drops of rosemary.
- Stimulating and toning massage: Add 20 drops of lemon and 15 drops of rosemary to 100ml of almond oil and massage all over the body.
- For stronger, smoother and shinier nails: Add 5 drops of lemon to 10ml jojoba or rose oil and massage the nails.
- For washing dishes especially when you have fish: Put a drop on the sponge.
- For air freshener and general cleaning fluid: Add 10-15 drops in 100ml water to a spray bottle.
In cooking:
- For cakes and cookies: Add 4 drops of lemon to 500g mixture.
Instructions for Safe Use:
- Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
- Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
- Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
- Have an allergic reaction test.
- After using citrus essential oils avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours
- For use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
- Use with caution in children under 12 years. Some oils are unsuitable for babies and children
