Each capsule contains:
Minimum amount of live bacteria at 2 billion per capsule (2? 109 CFU / capsule), equivalent to 10 billion live bacteria per gram (1? 1010 CFU / gram)
Safekeeping:
Guaranteed set of living bacteria until the end of the product life (2 years)
Store in a cool, dry place - no need for refrigerator or freezer
Suggested use:
1-2 capsules, once or twice a day with food (or as directed by your doctor)
There is no risk of overdose
The capsules can be opened and the contents dissolved in food, water or juice or taken whole
If you are taking antibiotics:
4 capsules a day for the longest time since taking the antibiotic
Continue to take them for at least 2 weeks after the antibiotics have expired
In travel:
2 weeks before the trip follow the instructions for general use
4 capsules a day during the trip
Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after the end of the trip
For children:
Children under 12 years - half the adult dose.
