What is registration?

By registering at pharma4all.gr , you gain access to product markets and you can place your orders more easily and quickly, saving valuable time. By subscribing to the newsletter, you can:

  • be updated regularly
  • for the products you are interested in,
  • for current health issues and tips, but also
  • be the first to learn about new products!

As a registered user, you have access to your account details as well as your order history.

What are the offers?

Offers are products at special prices or product packages that are offered at a price even lower than what is offered individually. They usually exist in limited numbers and are valid for certain periods of time and / or until stocks run out. Returns of products purchased with an offer are not accepted.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made in 4 different ways:

  • Cash on delivery
  • By deposit in a Bank Account
  • By Credit or debit card
  • Upon receipt and payment of your order in our store

How do I know that my order has been completed?

As soon as you confirm your order, you will be sent an email from pharma4all.gr , which will indicate its details, the method of sending and payment chosen by you and the status of your order.

You will be notified by email immediately of any change in the status of your order (pending, confirmed, shipped).

How can I find out about the progress of my order?

In the shipping confirmation email of your order, you will receive the unique shipping number of the transport company we work with (if available).

From the link of the transport company, which you will find on our pages and with the shipment number, you can be informed, at any time, about the shipment progress of your order (if available).

How do I find the product I want?

To facilitate your search, our products are classified into categories, depending on the use for which they are suitable (top menu), but also depending on the manufacturer (drop down menu).

Also in the "Search" field you can enter relevant "keywords" that describe what you are looking for.

In case you do not find a product on our website, do not hesitate to contact us to look for it and make it available to you at the best possible price.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your orders at pharma4all.gr are completed and sent as soon as possible. For orders within the limits of urban centers and a network of stores of the courier companies, with which we cooperate, the products are usually delivered in 2-3 working days. For shipments outside the above limits and for inaccessible areas, the delivery time is 3-6 working days.

Can I return a product?

Pharma4all.gr accepts the return of products or the entire order within 10 calendar days under certain conditions.
