The international Menarini Pharmaceutical Group started its activities in Greece in 1989 by acquiring 70% of DAMVERGIS SA, a traditional pharmaceutical industry with a presence in Greece since 1935.
In 1996 the Menarini International group acquires 100% of the Share Capital of Dambergi S.A., renaming its subsidiary company in Greece to Menarini Hellas AE
From 1989 until today, the company has released on the Pharmaceutical Market many original pharmaceutical preparations mainly in the Cardiovascular System category but also in other important therapeutic categories.
The company's successful course over the last 20 years has established it Menarini Hellas as a new and dynamic company in the Pharmaceutical Market which is already among the 15 largest Pharmaceutical companies in Greece.
Today Menarini Hellas employs 178 employees, 80% men and 20% women, with an average age of 35 years.
