SOLGAR® META-FLEX LITE (Glucosamine MSM Complex) is an effective combination of glucosamine hydrochloride, OptiMSM® *, ginger and white willow extract, vitamin C and manganese.
Contains plant extracts that give mild anti-inflammatory action and helps the proper functioning of cartilage and joints.

- Glucosamine hydrochloride (provides 415mg glucosamine)
MSMM (as methylsufonylmethane) 333.3mg.
- Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 33.3mg.
- Ginger root extract 4: 1 (Zingiber officinale) (equivalent to 144mg ginger root) 36mg.
- White willow extract 5: 1 (salix alba) [bark] (equivalent to 166.67mg White Willow powder) 33.3mg.
Manganese (as a chelating amino acid) 1.67mg.
Taken as a dietary supplement for adults, 1-2 tablets daily, preferably with food
